TCM teaches you 6 ways to improve frequent urination, prostatitis and gynecological diseases

Method 6. Solve the problems of women’s private parts

● Avoid excessive cleaning and use of antibiotics

Over-cleaning and over-using antibiotics may cause itching, excessive vaginal discharge, and odor in women’s private parts. In the long run, these two practices will make the symptoms worse. As long as you stop over-cleaning and over-using antibiotics, the problems in the private parts will naturally improve.

You can use the Chinese medicine Cnidium monnieri to kill bacteria and relieve itching.

Method: Add water to Cnidium monnieri and boil it on low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes, then drain the liquid into a basin and use it to wash the private parts when it is slightly cool. Washing once a day can improve itching, leucorrhea, odor and other conditions.

● Avoid sitting in the wrong chair and getting gynecological diseases

Some seats will cause a person’s entire buttocks to sink, resulting in blockage of the private parts and leading to pelvic problems such as metritis, cystitis, urethritis, pelvic inflammatory disease, irregular menstruation, and endometrial lesions.

If you are in the above situation, it is recommended that you replace the chair with a flat, non-concave one as soon as possible. The more ordinary the chair, the better, as it is more hygienic and healthier.

● Avoid stress

If you find yourself wanting to urinate frequently but can’t find the reason after checking, it’s probably because you’re under too much stress and anxiety. At this point, you can try to relax, reduce the burden on work and life, take a proper rest, or consider taking a few days off to go on vacation. After the stress is relieved, the frequent urination problem may also improve.

Note: Some of the herbs mentioned above may sound unfamiliar, but many can be purchased at health food stores and Asian grocery stores. In addition, because each person’s physical constitution is different, the corresponding treatment method is also different. Please consult a professional doctor for specific treatment plans.
